Please be on the lookout for an email from us with your scheduled date and appointment time. While we aim to arrive ASAP, the severity of damage in your area does not always allow us to schedule your appointment on the day you requested. We understand that the most important objective is to get the home protected as quickly as possible. We aim to set your appointment within your requested time frame, but during the scheduling process, the Temporary Repair teams are routed along the most efficient schedule.
In addition to the confirmation email we send (after you complete the scheduling process), you will receive a confirmation call the night before from our tarp crew. During that call, if there are any special instructions (e.g., streets signs missing, shared driveways, gate codes) please advise our crew member of these when they call to confirm the appointment.
We will also send you a text message the day of your appointment when we are on our way.
Temporary Repair would prefer to have the homeowner/authorized credit card holder present for the scheduled appointment. This way, we can have full access to the property, review the estimated cost before the tarp is installed, and receive payment while confirming the email to submit the invoice and damage photographs.
Temporary Repair takes payment on site. We accept all major credit cards and checks.
If you are not able to be home, we can still tarp the exterior of your roof or house; however, you must be available by phone. We will call you to review the exact cost once we have looked at your home, then take payment before work begins. If we cannot reach you, we will not be able to tarp your roof.
Please be sure to leave all gates open, and dogs inside.
